Air Conditioning Maintenance Contracts

Everyone wants to know why they need to pay $xxxx for a maintenance service contract for their heating and air conditioning system.  Well, there is no correct answer, but the most logical answer is to ensure that your heating and air system is performing up to proper standards year-round.  If your system is not performing to full capacity, then you are throwing money out the window.  A heating and cooling system can only be as efficient as it is performing.  Meaning a poor performing system is not as efficient as one properly tuned.

People do not like paying the seemingly high price for nothing, whether it is once or twice a year.  If the heating and cooling system is not performing efficiently, you are paying out more than what your payment is for the maintenance service.

We offer two options for maintenance service here at Dwight Mumpower HVAC Service.

First, a one time tune up inspection, where we check the system for a set fee.  This service checks system operation at the time and no guarantee is made for continued operation.

Second, a one year Value Rate Service Plan, includes two tune up inspections, for a set fee.  This service gives a chance to verify proper operation for an entire year, which aids in helping to guarantee continued operation at peak efficiency.  This plan allows for a 15% discount on labor, materials and non-warranty parts for the length of the plan.  No other discounts are allowed.

If you have any questions about keeping your furnace, heater, heat pump or air conditioner operating at peak performance, whether it is residential or light commercial, please feel free to contact us at (423) 398-3580 or by email from our website at http://www.dmumpower.com.  We are available 24/7 for your emergency service needs.
